Hi thanks for checking out my breakdown of Real Estate Activity in the main Neighborhoods of Park City. Check back as I post these twice a month with the most recent Activity. I’ve split out each section into Condos and Single Family homes and each is broken into sub developments and buildings. Hopefully you find this useful if you are interested in a specific condo building or are looking for just the right home in a specific area in town.
September has seen a noticeable uptick in activity. Both myself and other agents I talk to have been much busier with Buyer requests and Sellers inquiring about home values. Overall we are seeing a healthy number of listings on the Market. Home Prices have been plateauing a bit but are maintaining overall values from a year ago. Many condos and homes are still priced optimistically but I continue to see pockets of opportunity.

Some of my favorite ski in/out condos are in Empire Pass. Arrowleaf, Flagstaff, Silver Strike, One Empire, Argent, Empire Residences are all located around the base of Silver Strike chairlift. There is almost never a lift line at Silver Strike as most of the skiers naturally ski down to Northside Chair (which sees long lift lines at times). This is all relative as Deer Valley really doesn’t ever have lift lines longer than 10 minutes. But it is nice to just ski right onto the chairlift when you can!
3-bedroom condos have been selling for around $4.5m and there is currently a 4-bedroom condo in Silver Strike for $5m. I’ve toured this condo and it has incredible views looking across to Lady Morgan and Empire Bowl.
There is also a rare 6-bedroom condo in the Grand Lodge available for $5.95m
Single Family ski homes have been in demand with few options on the market. The Moonshadow home is a beautiful proposed new construction:
The Red Cloud home has a unique mid-century modern with contemporary flare look. Also, for those looking for something unique and off-market, ask me about other options in Red Cloud!

The legendary Stein Eriksen has expanded to include a small subdivision of 12 lots dubbed Stein Eriksen Estates. There is currently one extraordinary spec home being built and is estimated to be complete in 2024:
